Let's see.... First off I want to wish my friend a happy birthday once again! Go check out her gallery, give her some love!

Second, I won 's Mythical Creature Contest, which is awesome! (I've never been given first place in a contest before, it's quite exhilirating!) Among the many multiple prizes that I have recieved so far (including a 3-month subscription from and two journal features from and ) I have also recieved this remarkable image from =HorseRidingGal (which is now my screensaver as well!) Also among these amazing prizes, is creating an awesome journal skin for me- complete with a little spot for featuring the artists I watch! Which means that I can start features again!

Among other news- I recently went to Rockley's Music and picked up a ton of new music to play on the piano. The multiple songs I am currently working on right now are:
"Viva La Vida" by Coldplay (my favorite song of theirs)
"Good Riddance" (Green Day)
"Hey There Delilah" (Plain White T's)
"Only Hope" (Switchfoot)
"Let It Be" "Strawberry Fields Forever" "Across the Universe" and "Blackbird" (Beatles)
and finally "Will You Be There" (The "Free Willy" Song) by Michael Jackson

On that note, I can't believe all the celebrity deaths that have been ocurring! When I was a kid, I was addicted to Michael Jackson, and would dance in front of the t.v. to his songs.
So when my dad texted me saying that he had dad, I kinda went into shock. I just kept on thinking that he was playing a joke.
It didn't sink in until two days later that he really was dead, when I listened to "Will You Be There". I literally broke down in tears. The poor guy was going through so much stuff- and I don't care how strange people might say he was getting, he has a special place with a slick dance floor where he can moonwalk all he wants, for him in heaven.

On a different note, do you think that if I recorded some of the songs above, DA would allow me to post them (or does it have to be an original composition.) Thanks everybody for being so patient with me, and I will try and get your contest prize to you soon (it is long over due!) I am also continuing to work on the graphic novel script, and am also trying to work on a little drawing of my favorite memory of MJ, so hopefully you can look forward to more art in the future. Not this week though- I have a crazy schedule with work.
